physiO2sport was born from the visionary idea of its CEO and Founder, Filippo Besozzi, to combine physiotherapy, sports preparation, Chinese and Japanese acupuncture, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy - the cutting-edge frontier of cellular regeneration.
Drawing upon extensive experience in the field of physiotherapy, physiO2sport offers patients the finest techniques to ensure remarkable results in the realm of rehabilitation. By integrating these techniques with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, it has become the pioneering center in Switzerland to offer this revolutionary treatment.
Filippo Besozzi completed his studies in Physiotherapy at the University of Lugano in 2015. Due to his athletic background, he made the decision to pursue a Master's degree in Sports Physiotherapy at the University of Pisa.
In 2018, Filippo took a step further to enhance his skills by enrolling the Europe-Shanghai College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, getting his PhD diploma in 2023.
In 2020, his clinic Physio de la Pélisserie, achieved the prestigious status of being an official Human Tecar® Center, becoming the first of its kind in Geneva. Now, an even greater challenge lies ahead as Filippo prepares to open physiO2sport, where he will combine Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy with physiotherapy sessions.
